Baby Daddy Season 3 Spoilers: Ben Tries to Give Emma the Perfect First Birthday

Ben getting Emma in the way he did and having to be her sole provider has made him a bit more sensitive and obsessive over her needs than he would have expected. Before she arrived on his door step, Ben was a selfish playboy who didn’t know how to (or want to) commit to anything or anyone; he didn’t take anything seriously and let his id take charge more often than most adults his age would. While that might have been fun for a while, he realized that he wasn’t fulfilled and taking care of Emma for the past year has taught him more about being a man than the past several years of his life combined did. As both a celebration of his first year on this planet and the personal growth that he’s experienced in that time, Ben becomes determined to give his little girl the best birthday party he could, but what could get in the way of her good time?

Wednesday, April 9th – “Send In the Clowns”
Ben is determined to give Emma the perfect first birthday party, especially since his own was less than stellar. When he decides to host it at the ice cream parlor where he and Riley worked as teenagers, Ben runs into an ex-girlfriend with a mother of a secret. Danny accidentally discovers something about Riley’s family that turns her world upside down. Meanwhile, Tucker is in charge of entertainment for the birthday party, a responsibility he takes very seriously.

Wednesday, April 16th – “Play It Again, Bonnie”
A lovesick Bonnie realizes how much she misses her ex-boyfriend Brad (Peter Porte) and turns to Tucker for help reuniting with her true love. But when Brad confesses that he still has feelings for Bonnie, Ben’s well-intentioned but misguided advice leads Brad to make a rash decision. Riley wants to have the relationship with Margot (Amanda Detmer) she never had with her adoptive mom, but first Riley must learn to appreciate Margot for who she is, flaws and all. Meanwhile, Danny must stop Riley from taking the next step with Philip.
