ABC Orders Full Season of Nashville

I admit I was skeptical and concerned, but ABC pulled out a a full season pickup of Nashville. Do I think the music helped? Absolutely.

If you haven’t checked it out already, head on over to iTunes and download the singles packs for Nashville episodes and prepare for obsession. Starring Connie Britton (Friday Night Lights) as Rayna Jaymes, a long-time country success story and Hayden Panettiere as Juliette Barnes, the new Nashville sensation, it’s soapy goodness brings together politics, addiction, love, sex and overall scandal to rock your Wednesday nights.

Wednesdays were previously a wasteland on Network television, but this year we have Nashville, a full season of the NBC firefighter drama Chicago Fire and the CW cult favorite Supernatural all going head to head depending upon your time zone. From wasteland to bounty in one season. I’ll take it!
