The CW has officially released its 2013-2014 schedule, which, while having several changes from this season, managed to keep two of its three main players in the same slots. Mondays will feature Hart of Dixie and Beauty and the Beast on new nights, though Hart debuted on Mondays in 2011, while The Originals will lead into Supernatural on Tuesdays, a night typically difficult for the network to breakthrough on. Arrow stays on Wednesdays at 8:00 and gets paired with Greg Berlanti and Julie Plec’s The Tomorrow People, as The Vampire Diaries is tasked with giving historical drama Reign a jump-start in the ratings. Finally, Fridays are set to include The Carrie Diaries and America’s Next Top Model.
New dramas Star-Crossed and The 100 are being held for midseason, along with the fourth (and final) season of Nikita and unscripted series Famous in 12. Trailers for all new series will be linked to when made available.
