Hudson, Train, and Kravitz will be releasing their third, seventh, and tenth studio albums later this month, respectively, while Pitbull’s album is set for release this fall and Sheeran’s second album came out earlier this year. Hudson will be performing “It’s Your World,” the third single from her upcoming album; Kravitz will be performing his album’s first single “The Chamber”; Sheeran will be performing top-30 hit “Don’t,” the second single from his latest album; and Pitbull will be performing “Fireball,” the latest release from upcoming album Globalization, in a performance that features the Rockettes and Train.

Remaining in the competition are acrobat troupe AcroArmy; singer Emily West; close-up magician Mat Franco; singer/guitarist Miguel Dakota; seven-year-old singer Quintavious Johnson; and band Sons of Serendip.

The season finale of America’s Got Talent airs Wednesday, September 17th at 8:00, with a special preview of The Mysteries of Laura to air at 10:00. The latter moves into its regular 8:00 time slot the following week.

Among the acquired content NBC is bringing onto its schedule is Taxi Brooklyn, a police procedural starring Chyler Leigh as a driven NYPD detective and Jacky Ido as a streetwise taxi driver; Welcome to Sweden, a half-hour comedy starring Greg Poehler as a man who moves with his wife to her home country of Sweden so that she can accept a job offer; and Working the Engels, a family comedy about a tight knit clan that must band together when their patriarch dies. Also new to NBC this summer is Food Fighters, a reality series hosted by Adam Richman that finds amateur cooks putting their signature dishes to the test against five professional chefs. A dinner party of judges decides whose dishes are the best and the more professional cooks an amateur cook knocks out, the more money they win.

-Joining Maggie Gyllenhaal in The Honourable Woman, an eight-part Sundance miniseries, will be Stephen Rea (V for Vendetta), Janet McTeer (The White Queen), Eve Best (Nurse Jackie), Lubna Azbal (Paradise Now), and Igal Naor (300: Rise of an Empire), the network announced Monday. The thriller will follow a woman who inherits her father’s arms company and uses it to laying high-spec data cabling networks between Israel and the West Bank.

-Robin Thicke is set to perform “Blurred Lines”, his first number one single, on America’s Got Talent on Wednesday, July 31st. The single is taken from the album of the same name, which sees its release the day prior to his appearance on the NBC talent competition.

-Darren Criss and Lucy Hale have been named hosts for the 2013 Teen Choice Awards, airing live August 11th at 8:00 on FOX. This will be the first time they’ll be hosting the show, which will feature appearances from the likes of Russell Westbrook, Rebel Wilson, and Demi Lovato, as well as performances from Paramore and One Direction.

-Disney Channel has renewed Gravity Falls for a second season. No information about debut date or episode count has been released.

From Oscar nominee Richard LaGravanese (Behind the Candleabra, The Fisher King) and co-created by Tony Goldwyn (Scandal), the one-hour drama follows a woman with The Innocence Initiative who works on having an inmate released that she believes was wrongly convicted of murder. Along the way, she tangles with a morally gray district attorney and how her past has colored her present viewpoint. Once in contention for a pickup from AMC, the series will star Marin Ireland (Homeland), Damon Gupton (Prime Suspect), Clarke Peters (Treme), and Paul Schneider (Parks and Recreation).

-In addition to the pickup of The Divide, WE announced three scripted series in development: All American Woman, which follows three generations of women whose lives unfold against the backdrop of a magazine; Dirty, where a financier is forced to live and work with her maid; and Headhunters, examining women”s attempts to confront the ambiguity and conflicting choices that surround their lives today.

-According to Deadline, ABC has The Assets for 2014. Based on the book Circle of Treason: A CIA Account of Traitor Aldrich Ames and the Men He Betrayed by Sandra Grimes and Jeanne Vertefeuille, the series will “look inside the true, personal stories of the conclusion of the Cold War as told by the keepers of the nation’s secrets: the CIA.”

–Jericho, Swingtown, and Wolf Lake are all available to stream on CBS.com as a part of the network”s Second Look feature this summer. The first follows residents of a small Kansas town dealing with the aftermath of a nuclear disaster, while the second is a period drama that follows swingers of the 1970s and the last takes place in a Pacific Northwest town populated by werewolves.

-The CW has released the first image of Lindsey Gort as a young Samantha Jones, who she”ll be playing on the upcoming season of The Carrie Diaries. There”s no word yet as to how she”s introduced or what type of role she”ll play in her future best friend”s life.
